Southern Alberta Employer Supports and Training (SAEST)
Southern Alberta Employer Supports & Training is a pilot project funded by the Alberta Government and administered through Taber Adult Learning. The programs primary purpose is to assist employers in Southern Alberta by providing valuable support and training. This support includes offering document templates and training resources designed to help employers effectively recruit, orientate, onboard and retain employees. The project aims to enhance the capacity of businesses in the region to recruit and retain a skilled workforce, ultimately contributing to economic development and prosperity in Southern Alberta.
