About Take a Class
The Vibrant Learning catalogue is published twice a year in September and January and is circulated by mail to 5000 residents of Taber and surrounding areas. The Taber & District Community Adult Learning Association offers a variety of classes, something for everyone!
Bursaries are available for low income learners who cannot pay the registration fees for classes. For more information, please call 403.223.1169
- Classes are for persons for 18 years of age unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment of fees is required at the time of registration. Registration can only be completed and confirmed once payment has been received.
- Taber and District Community Adult Learning reserves the right to make changes to instructors, dates and times if necessary.

Please keep in mind that courses may fill up if your registration in delayed in the mail.
In Person: Visit us in the Provincial Building (5011 – 49 Avenue)
Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard and Debit accepted.
If your class is cancelled, you may either transfer to another class or receive a full refund. You will only be notified when the class you registered for is cancelled due to lack of registrations. Refund cheques are sent by mail.
ALL withdrawals voluntarily made by the registrant prior to the class starting are subject to a $10 administration fee. Refunds may be requested by contacting the office ONE WEEK prior to the start of a class. NO REFUNDS will be given on 1 -2 day evening classes or when one week notice is not given. Refunds will be considered for medical or health reasons or other special circumstances. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal for the purpose of applying for a refund.
